Roberto: a journey worth sharing
I’ve known Roberto for a very long time. A lifetime, as we say. A great friend, and someone I truly admire for his remarkable professional journey, reaching senior executive roles in globally significant companies. I’ve always appreciated his ability to start from scratch and work his way up, proving himself in every role he’s taken on.
Of course, just like in the music industry, not everything is as glamorous as it may seem. Behind every achievement, there are difficult moments—and those who make it through are the ones who show the kind of resilience that allows them to overcome even the toughest challenges. All of this happens while, like anyone else, dealing with everyday life: family, health, and the normal ups and downs we all face.

That’s also why I admire him for having developed the skills and capabilities to give something back—putting years of experience, gained across different industries and countries, at the service of others. Along the way, he’s become fluent in at least three languages and has formally stepped into the role of a coach.
In speaking with him, I was struck by how many highly accomplished professionals—despite their success and leadership abilities—sometimes feel the need for coaching support. It’s something that resonated with me as well. In my own way, I’ve always tried to challenge myself, investing time and resources into continuous improvement—personally even more than professionally. And while people often only see the results of great sacrifices (usually when those sacrifices lead to success, overlooking the many times they don’t), the constant pressure to do better can sometimes benefit from an external perspective—especially from someone who has faced similar challenges and has the tools to help reframe them.
In Roberto Parrotta’s case, those coaching skills are backed by real-world experience and a track record that speaks for itself.
I’m happy to share the link to his new coaching website. Take a look if you have the time and interest. He speaks English, French, and Italian fluently—so no excuses!
